We maintain a vast inventory of spare parts. Thanks to intelligent, computer-aided management, essential parts are available immediately. In many cases, we can continue to provide service and spare parts even 20 years after your machine has been delivered. Within Europe, we typically ship spare parts within 24 hours on business days. This is made possible by our lean logistics and streamlined operational processes. With every machine delivered, you receive three complete spare parts catalogs (in both print and digital formats). TERRA offers fleet management for all HDD systems, allowing you to keep track of your entire TERRA machinery. Through telematics, all machine data is transferred to a cloud, where it can be viewed live on your tablet, smartphone, or laptop. Thanks to this intelligent solution, you can intervene quickly and decisively in an emergency, ensuring you don't lose any time on-site. The data is directly connected to our service center, where experts are ready to provide you with fast and reliable support.
Training with TERRA certification
Our experienced staff provides training for your machines directly at the factory or on your job site. In addition to machine technology, we also place great importance on process engineering. For contract partners, we offer annual training sessions that bring your employees up to date on the latest sales and technical developments. Upon successful completion of the theoretical and practical training, you will receive a TERRA certificate, which authorizes you to operate your machine professionally. Well-trained operating personnel are a key foundation for successful deployment. The comprehensive theoretical training in the classroom covers topics related to process engineering, machine technology, and the handling of your newly acquired equipment. Upon request, your team will be familiarized on-site. Well-trained personnel pay off for your machine investments.
