The TERRA lubricator unit Version F was specially developed for lubricating TERRA soil displacement hammers with remote reversing. It enables reliable lubrication and convenient control of the soil displacement hammer directly from the lubricator unit.
Reversing between forward and reverse travel is performed via the integrated reversing valve. Thanks to this remote reversing system, the direction of movement of the soil displacement hammer can be conveniently controlled from the lubricator unit.
TERRA soil displacement hammer oil is a high-quality, biodegradable special oil specifically developed for use with TERRA soil displacement hammers. It ensures reliable lubrication while simultaneously protecting the machine against rust and internal icing. The oil is available in practical 5-liter canisters and is ideal for professional construction site use.
TERRA cable clamps enable safe and reliable direct pipe installation with the TERRA soil displacement hammer. The PE pipe is connected directly to the soil displacement hammer and pulled into the ground immediately during the boring process. The steel cable is attached to the soil displacement hammer and securely connected to the PE pipe via the cable clamp. This reliably transfers the pulling force to the pipe and ensures a stable connection throughout the entire boring process.
With TERRA expander sleeves, the same soil displacement hammer can be used to create bores that are significantly larger than the diameter of the hammer itself. This allows for the installation of larger pipes without needing to switch to a larger soil displacement hammer. The process takes place in two stages: First, a pilot displacement bore is created with the TERRA soil displacement hammer. Then, the expander sleeve is attached, and the existing displacement channel is expanded to the desired diameter. As the soil displacement hammer moves forward, the expander sleeve is securely pulled along, expanding the bore efficiently and in a controlled manner.
For the ø 155 mm soil displacement hammer, TERRA offers an expander sleeve to 245 mm (for PE pipes <200 mm)
