TERRA's HDD pit drilling rigs were specifically developed for trenchless pipe laying over short distances and in confined spaces. With their compact design they are ideally suited for use in urban areas. The rigs enable precise horizontal drilling and impress with high performance while simultaneously requiring minimal space requirements.
Thanks to the seamless drill rods, minimum bending radii of just 15 m can be achieved, making even challenging route layouts economically feasible. With pulling forces of 6 t for the MINI-JET and 8 t for the DJ 18 PIT, the machines offer sufficient power for a variety of pipe laying projects.
In combination with the powerful mixing pump station with flow rates of up to 95 l/min even demanding drilling operations can be reliably carried out.
Even rock drilling can be efficiently performed with TERRA HDD pit drilling rigs.
