The TERRA-HAMMER TR 200mini is TERRA's shortest and most compact steel pipe rammer – and one of the shortest in the world. With an impact force of 155 tons and a length of just 0.90 m , it packs impressive impact energy into a minimal footprint. Thanks to its low air consumption of only 4 m³/min , it is highly economical and ideal for projects with limited space.
The TR 200mini is designed for the precise and reliable installation of steel pipes with diameters from Ø 150 to 400 mm . Its extremely compact design makes it the ideal solution for trenchless pipe jacking in confined spaces, such as in short starting pits. The proven ramming method allows for fast and economical crossings under roads, railway tracks, waterways, and other obstacles – with minimal surface disruption and maximum efficiency.

Thanks to its extremely compact design and a weight of only 112 kg , the TR 200mini excellent for both horizontal and vertical use. Its low weight allows for easy handling, simplifies transport, and ensures quick positioning of the ram – even on confined construction sites or in hard-to-reach areas.
In vertical applications, steel pipes can be driven precisely and efficiently as foundations for utility poles, foundation piles, mooring bollards, or piers for jetties. Combined with the appropriate accessories, the TR 200mini offers an economical and flexible solution for a wide range of applications in trenchless pipe installation and special civil engineering.

TERRA offers specially developed pressure rings for horizontal and vertical use. The version for horizontal pipe ramming features two attachment eyes for secure clamping to the steel pipe ram. For vertical applications, pressure rings with five attachment eyes are used – three eyes are used for a secure connection to the ram, while two additional eyes allow for easy and safe handling with a crane.
The acceleration ports integrated into the impact piston ensure particularly efficient use of compressed air. With an air consumption of only 4 m³/min at 7 bar the TR 200mini operates extremely economically and requires significantly less energy than comparable systems. The airflow, which has been continuously optimized over many years, ensures high impact performance with minimal air requirements and enables efficient use on a wide variety of construction sites.
For a safe and precise start to the ramming process, the TERRA steel pipe ram is fixed to the steel pipe using specially matched mounting accessories. The tension chain reliably connects the tension strap to the steel pipe, ensuring secure attachment and uniform power transmission throughout the entire drive.
A 10-litre oiler ensures continuous and reliable lubrication of the ram throughout operation. This guarantees smooth performance and significantly extends the machine's service life. For optimal lubrication, we use a high-viscosity, biodegradable synthetic HD oil specifically developed for the requirements of TERRA rams.
