TERRA-HAMMER 210

The TERRA lubricator unit Version F was specially developed for the lubrication of TERRA piercing tools with remote control. It enables reliable lubrication and convenient control of the piercing tool directly via the lubricator unit.

Switching between forward and reverse is done via the integrated reversing valve. Thanks to this remote control, the direction of the piercing tool can be conveniently managed from the lubricator unit.

TERRA piercing tool oil is a high-quality, biodegradable special oil developed specifically for use with TERRA piercing tools. It ensures reliable lubrication while simultaneously protecting the machine against rust and internal icing. The oil is available in practical 5-liter canisters and is ideal for professional construction site use.

TERRA cable clamps enable safe and reliable direct pipe installation with the TERRA piercing tool. The PE pipe is connected directly to the piercing tool and pulled into the ground immediately during the boring process. The steel cable is attached to the piercing tool and securely connected to the PE pipe via the cable clamp. This ensures that the pulling force is reliably transferred to the pipe, maintaining a stable connection throughout the entire boring process.

The TERRA-HAMMER T 210 offers versatile options for the trenchless installation of sewer connections – for both through-bores and branch bores.

Through-bores with end sleeve

In a classic through-bore, the piercing tool is guided precisely from the starting pit to the building. The sewer pipe to be pulled is inserted directly into the A-190-172 end sleeve of the piercing tool. Using the sighting rod, the piercing tool can be accurately aligned with the desired exit point. After a successful breakthrough, the piercing tool is removed and the connection to the existing sewer system is completed.

Blind bores with end cone

A through-bore is not always possible or desired. The TERRA-HAMMER T 210 therefore also enables blind bores, for example when a main line is located in the street area and a through-bore to the house cannot be created. The soil displacement hammer is driven from the main line to the property boundary and then retracted. The previously closed sewer pipe is pushed into the resulting blind bore. The end cone protects the soil displacement hammer from soil ingress during the reverse run. The house connection can then be made at a later time – flexible, trenchless, and without unnecessary disruption to the property.
