Weighing only 60 kg, the long version of the 105 model is particularly manageable and designed for operation by two people. This makes it easy to carry, position, and use flexibly even on hard-to-reach job sites.

TERRA also offers a short version, which is even lighter at 44 kg and, above all, more compact. The short design also allows for work to be carried out from inside a basement (L=1.08 m).

The TERRA Lubricator Version S ensures reliable and consistent lubrication of the machine during operation. The stepless adjustment of the oil flow rate allows for precise adaptation of the oil quantity to the respective operating conditions. Thanks to the integrated start-stop valve, the oil supply can be interrupted or reactivated quickly and easily. The robust design makes the TERRA Lubricator Version S particularly durable and ideal for demanding use on the job site. TERRA soil displacement hammer oil is a high-quality, biodegradable special oil developed specifically for use with TERRA soil displacement hammers. It ensures reliable lubrication while simultaneously protecting the machine against rust and internal icing. The oil is available in practical 5-liter canisters and is ideal for professional job site use.

TERRA cable clamps enable safe and reliable direct pipe installation with the TERRA piercing tool. The PE pipe is connected directly to the piercing tool and pulled into the ground immediately during the boring process. The steel cable is attached to the piercing tool and securely connected to the PE pipe via the cable clamp. This ensures that the pulling force is reliably transferred to the pipe, maintaining a stable connection throughout the entire operation.

With interchangeable TERRA end adapters, the piercing tool can be optimally adapted to any application. Whether for direct pipe installation or pipe laying in reverse, various end sleeves and end cones allow for a flexible and efficient workflow. The end sleeves are particularly suitable for direct pipe installation. The plastic pipe is inserted directly into the end sleeve up to the stop, reliably protecting it from soil ingress.

Oversized end sleeves also allow for the installation of pipes with a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the piercing tool. The conical end cones are ideal for pipe laying in reverse. Their shape prevents soil from entering the pipe, ensuring clean and reliable operation. With standard and oversized versions, as well as single-stage and multi-stage designs, TERRA offers the right solution for a wide range of pipe diameters and operating conditions. TERRA expander sleeves allow the same piercing tool to create bores significantly larger than the diameter of the tool itself. This enables the installation of larger pipes without needing to switch to a larger piercing tool. The boring process takes place in two stages: first, a pilot displacement bore is created with the TERRA piercing tool. Then, the expander sleeve is attached, and the existing displacement channel is expanded to the desired diameter. As the piercing tool moves forward, it pulls the expander sleeve along, enlarging the bore efficiently and in a controlled manner.

For the ø 105 mm piercing tool, TERRA offers expander sleeves up to 170 mm (for PE pipes < 160 mm).

The TERRA ø 105 mm piercing tool is not only suitable for pipe installation but can also be used for ramming smaller steel pipes with a diameter of 200 mm and lengths up to 20 m. No conversion of the piercing tool is required: simply mount the appropriate ramming ring and get started.

This makes the 105 model particularly flexible and versatile – one machine for a variety of applications on the job site.
