Field Sales – Switzerland

Your Role

To further expand our sales operations in Switzerland, we are looking for a dedicated professional with solid experience in horizontal directional drilling (HDD).

You will act as the link between our customers and TERRA, using your practical expertise to provide targeted advice and drive the sales of our machines and systems.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and advising existing and new customers in Switzerland
• Demonstrating and selling HDD drilling rigs and accessories
• Demonstrating and selling soil displacement hammers, pipe rammers, and guided boring systems, including accessories
• Providing technical advice and developing suitable solutions
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Conducting customer visits and presentations
• Attending trade fairs
• Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities
• Working closely with our technical and commercial teams

What you bring to the table

• Several years of practical experience in HDD drilling
• Technical aptitude and a passion for machinery and trenchless technology
• Ideally, experience as a drill rig operator, foreman, site manager, or in a similar role
• Enjoyment of customer interaction and building long-term relationships
• An independent, reliable, and entrepreneurial approach to work
• Category B driver's license
• Excellent command of German; additional language skills in English and French are an advantage
