Compact and powerful
The TERRA-EXTRACTOR X 300 C is an extremely compact and powerful 30-t-cable burster for your pipe bursting sites. Equipped with a ø 25 mm or 14 mm pulling cable, the X 300 C can be used for the renewal of pipelines made of cast iron, steel, vitrified clay, or plastic. Bursting with TERRA cable bursters offers high flexibility. Thanks to their compact design and small footprint, minimal excavation pits are required. Its user-friendly, modular design facilitates work on the construction site. It is easy to transport and can be installed conveniently and quickly.

With the static knives, old pipes made of steel, vitrified clay, or cast iron can be reliably burst. The front-centered knife geometry ensures precise power transmission and effortlessly cracks even sockets with hard cement shells. The X 300 C must be equipped with the ø 25 mm cable for this.

With the X 300 C, old plastic pipes made of PE and PVC in the diameter range of ø 25–63 mm can be rehabilitated quickly, economically, and trenchlessly. Special PE cutting knives precisely cut the old pipe into two halves and displace the material in a controlled manner to the side. Run-on knives open the plastic pipe directly in front of the machine as it is powerfully pushed out of the ground. This enables the X 100 to perform efficient and clean rehabilitation – ideal for house connections and short pipe sections. The result: high daily output, minimal surface disruption, and rapid restoration of the pipeline.

Due to its compact design, the X 300 C requires very little space. It can therefore also brace itself in pits to rehabilitate longitudinal pipelines. Lifting eyes serve as attachment points to safely and reliably lift the X 300 C into its working area.

The X 300 C can be dismantled into sections weighing less than 45 kg in just a few simple steps. Two people can carry it down to a basement, for example to renovate old building services connections.

Driven by a robust 23 hp gasoline engine, the X 300 C achieves a maximum pulling force of 30 tons at 235 bar. The power unit is durable and operates reliably, allowing you to complete your construction projects quickly.

The X 300 C can be operated by a mini-excavator. It can thus be used as an additional attachment. The hydraulics are coupled with the quick-change system. Operation is conveniently performed from the excavator.

The clamps of the TERRA pipe bursters are true high-tech components – designed for maximum holding force even with dirty or slippery pulling ropes under full load.
Four clamping jaws with patented groove base clearance ensure secure contact – both with new and with used, dirty ropes. The main clamp reliably grips the pulling rope, while the two hydraulic cylinders powerfully push it upwards. Simultaneously, the counter-clamp keeps the pulling rope permanently under tension while the main clamp retracts and re-engages.
The result: maximum pulling force, highest operational safety, and an efficient workflow on the construction site.
Your advantages
Rehabilitation of steel, vitrified clay, or grey cast iron (ø 25 mm cable)
The X 300 C is ideal for rehabilitating steel, vitrified clay, and grey cast iron pipes. In combination with the 25 mm cable, lengths of up to 120 m can be achieved.
Rehabilitation of old plastic pipes (ø 14 mm cable)
In combination with the ø 14 mm cable, the X 300 C can be easily used for the rehabilitation of plastic house connections. The specially hardened PE blades cut open the old pipe and allow for the rapid insertion of a new HDPE pipe.
Basement use
The X 300 C can be dismantled into sections weighing less than 45 kg in just a few simple steps. Two people can carry it down to a basement, for example to renovate old building services connections.
Pit use
With two front boxes, each 1.0 m long, and the front face plate, the X 300 C is ideal for use in pits. The force is thereby horizontally transferred into the ground.
